I know in PA there is a limit of 6 children per home--including bio kids--but do they make exceptions to keep sibling groups together? Is there a waiver that can be used so siblings can go together to a home that might already have childen? I just heard of a sibling group of 7 that was split ---6 in one placement and one in another and was wondering if that was because of the limit.
Exceptions are definitely made
Though if one was pulled out I would suspect it was more likely due to a acting out issue. Otherwise it probably would have been a 3-4 split
