I am looking for a male born April 29,1978 at LDS hospital in Logan, Ut. You were adopted by a family in Salt Lake, through Catholic Charities. You have a brother and a sister 23 & 20. Your father and I were suprisinlgy married 2 1/2 years after you were born. My health is not great and would love to make contact and am also hoping to make contact with my birth family, because my circumstances are so bizarre.

I am writing this with the very great possibility I may be your son. I am not sure how to proceed but I guess this is a good first step.
