Agencies for Latin America/Eastern Europe

We are just beginning our adoption journey and wondering if anyone can suggest good, reputable agencies with programs in Latin America or Eastern Europe.

You may want to go on the individual Country boards and post this question since there is more activity on those boards.

We are trying to adopt from Latin America and I would definitely NOT recommend our agency - I'm happy to give you the details if you PM me, but if I can spare another couple what we have gone through, it would be worth it.
