Does anyone here have any experience with fostering to adopt in Minnesota? My husband and I are just beginning to explore this as an option and would like to find more information about it and find some people to talk to.

We are a foster/adopt home in central MN. Patiently waiting for the "one" (or "two" :)) to come along. So far, in a year and a half of being licensed, all we've had were 8 come and go, 1 here right now but she just came yesterday so anything could happen.

Hi! I know your post is old but I am a foster/adopt mom from MN. We are licensed for foster care and so far all we have had calls on are for foster/adopt kids. I'd love to swap stories!

What ages are you open to if you don't mind my asking? We've only gotten one concurrent call in two years.

Our kids have all been concurrent, except the respites... and so far, they've all left. So even with concurrent, who knows what will happen.
