I just came across this website [url=http://www.walkmehome.org]National Foster Parent Association:[/url] and wanted to spread the word. This is the first national fund-raiser and awareness event for foster care in America. It's a 5K walk going on around the USA that you can donate to even if your state isn't signed up. It's so nice to finally see a national event aimed at helping (and calling attention to) the foster care kids. Please spread the word and encourage your state to organize a fund raiser. Maybe it will encourage others to consider adopting from the foster care system : walkmehome.org love: :love:
