It's amazing to me how 3 yr olds live to see the age of 4. Well, he hasn't made it there yet, but I am praying he does!
This has been a rough week so far for my 3 yr old. Monday he fell off of a wall that he was not supposed to be climbing on. Yesterday, he fell off of his tricycle and scraped all the skin off of his knee. It still bleeds if he bumps it. He told me, "I lost my heel on my leg." lol, his heel...
Today so far we've rescraped the knee and bumped into the table, so nothing major just yet. It's raining, so hopefully he'll not get too hurt today since he'll be staying inside.
Man, I love this kid. Now, if I could just get him to SLOW DOWN!!!
Ani glad to see that he made it thru another day! He is just a normal 3 going onto 4 year old. It keeps us young with them as active as they are. Love every moment that they keep us going (as mine does)!

Thanks Dragon. He also has a rather scratched eye lid as he and his brother were sword fighting with sticks. Oh my, I have a few more gray hairs now! ;)
This thread cracks me up - my youngest (age 4) just celebrated his last day of 3 year old preschool today.
His teacher presented them with their certificates, as well as a packet of pictures from throughout the year, including one from the first day of school, at which time he was 3 years old.
In the pic, he is sporting his adorable disney shirt and cargo shorts, an awesome summer tan and about 36 bruises up and down his legs...not to mention the scar on his forehead from when he tripped on the lawn and cut himself with his plastic "bubbles" bottle...
Yes, 3 certainly is a dangerous age, second only to 6 - lol...
So it doesn't get better at 3? I wonder if my 2 yo will even make it to 3! On our walk yesterday, he fell three times, scraping a knee and two elbows. He continually hits his head on random items around the house. I have a feeling it will be a while before that excitement ends.
LOL, yes specialK, it will be. My 6 yr old, while not quite as clumbsy as his little bro, is still covered in bruises and scrapes. He still screams, "there's blood coming out!! There's blood coming out!!"

We had another major accident today. Not one day has gone by this week without some serious bleeding going on from him. Today, he was on the floor by the recliner and his bro didn't see him so he raised the recliner right about the time j2 was raising his head, he somehow cut the inside of his mouth. We have no clue how because the recliner is soft there, but he was bleeding quite a bit.
Thankfully he's ok. The poor kid has had a rather bloody, and painful week!
