another update

Hello, been a while since I have written, I had my first placement which only lasted a weekm they had asked me if I could take the older brother and I am just unable to do that at this time. I got called about a 4 1/2 year old girl a short time later. I took her, she is a doll, she's a girl, she's moody, and emotional, but she is really a sweet child. I have had her from about 6 weeks now, and she seems to be doing well. I have always been around lots of children, but this is the first time being the full time care taker on one. It really amazes me how easily they bruise. I swear it seems like every week, I have to tell them about another time she fell and skinned her knee or bumped into something and got a bruise. She always amazes me how much she can remember, i mean everything she is told. so far her parents are doing what they are supposed to so we will see what happens, this is her first time in care. im so excited about it!
