Hello,I'm Elizabeth Outes, a social worker from New Rochelle NY. I am passionate about children and especially adoption. I have been working for a few years in the Mental Health field with children and adults. I would like to obtain a position overseas with an international adoption agency. I am fluent in Spanish, and proficient in French. I have volunteered in orphanages abroad, and have lived in harsh circumstances overseas. I am a flexible, strong, caring, compassionate person. I have a Masters in Mental Health from New York University, and an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in International Studies and Political Science. I have experience as a Mental Health Counselor, administrator, and have experience in early childhood development.
