Hi i was adopted in 1992/1993 from Chiquitines orphanage in Cali,Colombia and am wanting to find any related family especially my birth mother Celia Ibarguen. My birth name is Luz Nelly Ibarguen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Curious if you ever had any luck finding your birth mother. I was also adopted from Chiquitines in 1980. My mother's name was Ana Maria Gutierrez. Ice searched alot to no avail. If you have any tips I'd love any help or advice. Thanks Tim D.

I would test on Ancestry and 23andme. Ask your adoptive parents for your immigration records, that should also have her address too. Also FB would be a good place to search, watch out for scams.
