Social Worker of the Year

I have worked as a Social Worker for 13 years with both children and elderly. I have a great love for helping people. I currently have two exchange students with me for 10 months. I worked as a case manager for foster children working towards reunification and if not possible for adoption. As a Director of Social Services for nursing homes I was able to complete care plans for the staff to go by to help the residents during difficult times. I was able to get to know them and learn their interests and try to include these interests in their new life settings.
