Looking for a brother that was adopted at birth, birth name paul. think this was in GR years I think he was born 1970- 1976 please need some help trying to find birth sibling

My brother was born 12/19/1973 He was adopted through Child and Family Services of Michigan. His parents were high school age when he was born and given up. My parents were told that the case worker was close to his family. So she gave a little more information about his birthparents. If you can give me a little more information he might be the person you are searching for.
