Oh, wow. I wish I had seen this post months ago. I hope you didn't end up going with them. We just finished an international adoption with Adoption for Families in Springfield and it was not a good experience. Very unprofessional, do not answer questions, do not make effort to find answers when they don't have them, unrealistic time-frames, don't know their stuff when it comes to paperwork and immigrations... the list goes on. I know some families have had no problems with them, but also know many families who have had very bad experiences with them. If you did go with them, it's not the end of the world. I haven't seen a family that hasn't completed an adoption with them yet.
