I was wondering if anyone has any experience with adopting a child (or fostering) with Children's Bureau of Southern California? If so, how long was the process? I know it varies depending on the situation, of course, but they say they are known for being quite fast...thanks!

I think Children's Bureau is great, however I highly recommend Penny Lane Centers (headquartered in the San Fernando Valley, but services all over LA) for Adoptions and becoming a Foster Parent. ([url=http://www.pennylane.org]HOME[/url]) They offer all types of family services but Ive heard fantastic things about their Adoption and Foster Care programs. They are extremely caring and welcoming, and they really want to help you start your family. Because they are a smaller company, they can offer more individual attention and one on one time. You can enroll in their certification trainings for little to no cost.
