Greetings! We are exploring adoption, and I would love to hear your experiences about navigating the system in Iowa. Did you choose a local or national agency? Anyone have good experiences with foster-adoption. I'd love if you would PM me your thoughts.
We are interested in an infant adoption, and are very open to African American or biracial adoption.
