If any of you ever have time to read for pleasure (I grab what I can, always have been a book adict). Anyway I just finished a book by Lisa Gardner "Live to Tell" which I found to hit kind of close to home (or at least the lives some of you talk about). The book revolves quite a bit around children with special needs (some due to abuse/neglect, others with mental illness). Anyway, just thought I'd throw it out there if anyone is into murder mysteries, it appears she's done her homework.
Somehow I've run into several books lately (different authors) dealing with foster kids or foster parents. Guess its just coincedence or maybe I just never noticed it before we were living it.

JLMom- I love fiction too. One of my clients is a record company and they put out a book that they produced also as an audio book this year that will knock your sox off. I wrote an amazon review of it so go read that before you buy it. The book is ORFAN. I forget the author, (but who could forget that title?!)
