I am in search of my birth parents, I was born May 1974 in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Adoption was finalized in August of 1975 in Bergen County Surrogate's Court.

I believe my mother to live in CA. with 3 siblings...

NJ Adult Adoptees are trying to get the right for adoptees to get their original birth certificates. The bill made it to the Governor to be signed but he did a conditional veto so who knows what it will end up being or what conditions will be placed, Just wanted to let you know to keep checking back to see if you can apply for your birth certificate.
