Getting discouraged.....

We are new to this whole process. We wanted to adopt a son. We have decided to go through the swan foster to adopt program. We have 2 fs that have been with us since Dec. We knew that the goal was ru. Fs have been in care for 12 months with ru as gaol. Now there is talk that we will have them thru summer which will be 15 months. Bp seem be slowly moving forward but something always seems to happen. I just understanding why they keep prolonging??? I am a planner so this has been extremely difficult to me!! Somedays I am fine while others I feel frustrated cause we are no closer to our goal. I don't mean to sound selfish. I know I am making an impact on their lives but it is still hard.
