hi,did you work through local childrens sercices?are they non profit private agencies in nj that also do waiting child adoptions?

We decided to go with a private non profit agency rather than a foster to adopt option. We chose this because we prefer to experience raising a child from an infant, as this will be our first child. I'm not sure if private agencies handle waiting children or not.
