Female born 3/26/1987 Looking for birth mother

I was born March 26, 1987 in Pottsville, PA. I have very limited information about my birth parents due to a closed Catholic adoption (Allentown Catholic Social Agency). I have a half brother who stayed with my birth mother who was born in September or October 1985. I would like to find my mother and let her meet her granddaughter who is 3 and also acquire any updated medical information that may be available.

Do you have a name ethnic background or any info on her, I was told I had two older sisters and I was adopted through catholic charities as well. It's worth a shot to ask its a small world, thank you
