Has anyone had any luck getting a child from the waiting children list from SWAN ([url=http://www.adoptpakids.org/WaitingKids.aspx]Pennsylvania Adoption Exchange[/url]) ???
In the past 2 years I have inquired about many of them even in my area and have gotten nowhere. Some of these same kids are still on the listing. Just wondering what the deal is???

I made a number of inquires, but found each child listed to have an extreme amount of issues, or matched with another family.
I did adopt through PA foster care, but through my own county.

I have had 3 meetings so far. Other inquiries I have made resulted in them telling my agency that they are just collecting hs and will be staying with foster families or just never returned the call. All have had severe issues except one set. They were matched, but still on the site for some reason.
