Looking for my Birth Parents..

I was born Jan 3, 1990 at University Hospital in Jacksonville Florida. My mom was 13 at the time, white with blond hair and blue eyes, and my father was black and 16 years of age. I was told they used the name Hannah. I was turned over to Childrens Home Services and was adopted out. I want to find my biological parents terribly.
