Foster to Adopt is a scam in Blair County. The state will just use you to get the kids to where they need to be and then give them to someone else to adopt. If you want to adopt from foster care, STAY AWAY FROM BLAIR COUNTY. The CWs, judges, and GALs are crooked and don't care about the best interest of the kids. They will continue to bait you along promising you will be able to adopt your foster children and when the birth parents' rights are finally terminated, they will suddenly take them from you and give them to someone else to adopt with no explanation and you have no recourse. This happened to me and has happened to several others in my foster support group over the last 2 years.
