ISO male born Feb 1972 in Fargo, ND

I am trying to locate my half brother... I know he was born in Fargo, ND on leap year 1972 (2/29/72), although it's possible the DOB listed on the birth cert is different due to it being leap day (maybe 2/28/72). My mom stayed at Luther Hall in Fargo during her pregnancy, which is part of Lutheran Social Services and I'm fairly certain my brother was born at St Luke's hospital. He was named Jeremy Wade Wyman at birth, but was most likely renamed upon being adopted.

I'm not 100% sure on the year, but after doing some quick math, I think he was most likely born in 1973, 1974, or possibly 1975. I am 100% he was born at the end of February though!
