Trying to locate a birth child born about January 1964 in Olean, NY

[I was born on 8/4/1964 in Olean and have been looking for birth parents. She was still in High School so decided to place the child up for adoption rather that getting married. I was off to college in March of 1964 and never had a chance nor was able to fine any information on the adoption. I was told that the child was born around February 1964 and it was a boy.
