Gay Single Parent?

I've done the research, and I can't seem to find confirmation on whether Russia allows homosexuals to adopt? Disclaimer, I am not personally adopting, but rather, trying to write a book about adoption and would like for my facts to be as accurate as possible. My intent is not to disturb or offend, but to educate myself and others, and I hope that's all right. My question is specifically about gay women. I know that Russia allows married couples to adopt, and also single women, but I am wondering if their position changes based on the sexual orientation of the single woman.
