Does anyone know anything about this article? Hopefully it isn't true and Russia is just making a statement about how they are angry with the U.S. again.

Yes, I read a similar article in the UK Telegraph this morning. Too many Russian kids in orphanages for too long because Russians won't adopt them, especially if they are past the infant stage.

They're trying to pass a law to ban americans to adopt in retaliation to maginsky(sp) act that Obama signed on December 14th. To ban americans to adopt, they must have three readings then it will be sent to Putin to sign. The third reading is in the morning. Hopefully though, Putin won't sign. Theres also another thread about this if you would like to read it.
