Petition to Stop the Adoption Ban

Hi Friends, I received this from my agency. You may have seen it posted on the Internet or may have even received a similar email from your agency. Please take a moment to sign this petition. Pass it along to your family, friends and other adoptive families you know who may not be on this forum. We must all work together to stop this from happening. Thank you! Here is the email I received: Here is what we ask you to do. We ask that all families who live close to Washington DC and are able to come to the Russian Embassy at: 2650 Wisconsin Avenue Northwest Washington, DC 20007, go there with their children and their Russian passports on December 26 at 3:00 pm. There will be media coverage of this event. We need to show that the children adopted by Americans are doing well and want other children, who are left behind in Russian orphanages, also have a chance at a family, either in Russia or overseas. Together, we can stop this horrible law in its tracks, so that many-many other Russian children will be able to find their forever families here, in the United States.
