So my agency closed it's doors a couple of weeks ago and left no guidance to families who have adopted from Russia about how to continue with PA reports. I know Russia will reopen, and I want to continue sending the reports, but they didn't tell us who to send them to, how to make sure they get to the judge, nothing. All they said in the email was "Russia families who have completed your adoptions, Russia is closed".
Anyone have any idea or advice?
My agency too closed it's doors two weeks ago. I am in process in a differnt country (Bulgaria). But I've seen a lot of activity on the Agency's message board on how to Post-Placement reports. (My agency closed down because over 1/2 their business was in Russia) May I ask which agency you were with? If it's the same one I can get you access to the message board. Private message me.

Thought I'd see if anyone else had any information to share on PARs. Our agency, too, has closed. The only guidance we were given on PARs is to "continue to follow the template that was used before." Unfortunately, we hadn't done any yet (we got home with our little girl in October). I have found a template online, and I'm confident we could write one ourselves, but is that technically allowed? We had pre-paid for our PARs, and now that money is lost. I hate to shell out any more money--I'm seeing that some agencies will charge up to $1,000 per report!
We want to do our part to ensure that--if Russia ever reopens--we've done everything that was asked of us. Any help or guidance anyone can give us is much appreciated!!
I just checked PEAR's website regarding post adoption reports for Russia and can't find anything.
I would suggest that they would be the best people to ask even if the answer is to direct you to someone else. Just leave a comment on one of the posts in the link or look for a way to contact them direct.

You could contact one of the Canadian agencies and simply ask where they should be sent. I doubt they could facilitate them for you (at risk of jeopardizing their adoption status) but they could at least help you find where to send them.
And any SW should be able to do them for you.
Just a thought!
