I know this is very late and probably not useful to you now. But we had a great experience with Adoption Miracles and owner Renee Halsnik. She knows her stuff and was very good to us. She's no-nonsense in her personality so that may put some people off, but she was just what we needed and I will always recommend her and her agency.
