My husband and I are Canadian and in the process of adopting from Russia.
The education requirement for Russia is 50 hours and covers specific topics. This hasn't been a problem in the past as there were many online courses available. But those course all originate from the US so Russia, as part of the ban, is no longer accepting them.
Except that Canada doesn't have any of their own set up! We have PRIDE and general IA training, but nothing specific to Russia.
We've been told by our agency that it has to meet these requirements (a page from one of the awesome US companies). But we don't have any.
So the agency is going to try to create a course. But we're told that from inception to execution is likely to take months. And we would need to travel to another part of the country.
So I'm wondering if anyone has taken online classes that cover Russia's new requirements?
Have you looked at any of the European countries that adopt from Russia? Ireland, the UK and Spain spring to mind - someone in one of those countries may be able to help.
We adopted domestically but I know there are Yahoo groups for almost every conceivable combination of sending and receiving country - I would imagine there's a general Russia Yahoo group too.

Thanks for responding!
I've looked at all the english speaking countries. Turns out they use the same American online courses.
I'm part of the Yahoo groups as well :)
Hi,
I am from Spain, at the moment we are required to take part in a training process of 80 hours.
The international adoption agencies are in charge of managing and carrying out these seminars. It would be that you get in touch with your IAA.
Best regards
