Foster care in Northwest suburbs of Chicago

I was wondering if anyone has had recent experience with foster care in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago? Has anyone had good experiences with any agencies in this area or have you gone straight through DCFS? It seems like those that use agencies in this area do not get placements... I guess I thought there was a need for foster care in this area. Thanks for your help!

I'd post this in the Foster parent section. This is for first parents involved in open adoption and isn't very active to start with and not with the people that would have the information you are looking for.
