Adoptee born 10/1955 PA, looking for birth mother/father

I am looking for my biological grandparents. My mother was given up shortly after her birth in October of 1955, in Pennsylvania. The only information we have is the city and hospital she was born in, her first and middle name, as well as actual date of birth. We don't know her last name at birth, birth parents names, or if there are any biological siblings. I am trying to find out medical histories for personal reasons. Please help!
