What Agency for Kinship Fostering?

HI, We are already kinship caregivers for a friend of our family. We have had the child for 3 months already. We're about to pursue getting licensed so we can get financial help for him. Can someone recommend a good agency in the Houston area? We're actually in Liberty County. We fostered and adopted our 2 kids through Bair Foundation, but apparently they aren't doing foster care in Houston anymore. Thanks for any help and would love to hear how your experience was with your agency - especially how quick they are about getting you licensed, do they have any flexibility with classes (my husband is a truck driver gone all week and home only on weekends). Lutheran Social Services/Foster in Texas looked good from their website.
