If we were given the actual files to read, will we still need to wait for redacted files before finalizing? Does anyone know?
Well none of our 3 "redacted" files were redacted at ALL. Even the permanent files we got after the adoption didn't have a single piece of information blacked out. There's nothing redacted about it so I do not understand why these files are taking so long to get?

I think that if you had read the files before, or at, placement then you shouldn't have to WAIT for redacted files (lol - the word "wait" turned to all caps and I don't know why... besides the amazingly long wait I did have).
Our's too, I couldn't tell what if anything had been redacted. The files contain names and phone numbers of people bio mom suggested might take Li'l Singer... of course non were appropriate. There is a lot of reports from SW, conversations with the bios - some of which I wish wasn't there, especially the parts about not wanting to work cases plans and not wanting to parent.
