Thinking of getting licensed....

We have 4 kids, all adopted. Last 2 were through fost/adopt. Placed as newborns, VERY low legal risk...our youngest was actually an adoptive placement right from the hospital. My husband has since retired from the military and we are situated in our forever house. We have tossed the idea around several times of adopting one more time and we are serious about it now. We are in region 3. Looking for a male, prefer Hispanic, 3 or under. LOW legal risk is the ONLY situation we will take. Anyone have any thoughts on getting an adoptive placement like that???? Also we are thinking of going with Lutheran; has anyone worked with them???
