Not even a little. Agencies use minimum times to pressure parents into signing. Every state should have a revocation period. We don't allow people to make life altering choices while they are under the influence of narcotics, except when it comes to adoption, then it is just fine because obviously the best interest of the child is not served by anyone who would even consider adoption.
If you can't wait for 6 months for finalization.... Yeah....
