States with shortest finalization times for domestic adoptions

I've been away from these forums for several months, but have been acquainted with adoption in many ways. My info may be dated, I'll admit, but it seems to me I recall Arkansas has a very short adoption finalization time. (Seems like 30 days?). You can access all fifty states' adoption laws by looking at this website: childwelfare.There are other topics you may look up on the same site, but to deal with adoption, you'll need to scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
