Male Born March 1966 Vancouver BC

I am a little confused by this post. I have a half brother that was born in Vancouver in 1966, early March. He was adopted out to a family in Northern BC shortly after birth. I have searched for him forever. More so in the past 15 years since my Mother has passed.
