This is Us

It seems like everyone I know in the adoption community is following This Is Us and LOVING it. It touches on SO MANY aspects of adoption: the conflicting emotions of birth parents, the realities and complexities of transracial adoption, the grief and loss that inevitably accompanies adoption for all triad members . . . It seems to just be, FINALLY, a show that shows the realities of adoption without going all Lifetime Television on us. I'd love to hear your thoughts about it!
