Donald Hale Davis 8/8/1964 GWH in DC adopted out of CHS of Richmond

My Brother was born August 8,1964 to a 15 year old girl, we believe she was at the Florence Crittenton home in DC. He was born six weeks early at George Washington Hospital. He was adopted out of the CHS in Richmond, Va. He did not go to a good Family! He has stage 3 cancer and we have petitioned the court to open his records because his Birth father was never informed of his existance. She married a mz an she met while pregnant few months after his birth. The information we have on her family is this. Her parents were divorced, she had an older half brother, a half sister a year younger then Donald, by his Grandfather. His Grandfather drove a transit bus. His uncle may have went into the military. His birth mother took cosmetology classes. And his Grandmother liked to dance and bowl. We have no nidea if the Family was around the area or somewhere else.
