Presentation ideas

I was recently asked to do a presentation at a junior high about unplanned pregnancy. I'm pretty used to doing presentations and I love introducing the idea of adoption in the classroom. However this one will be a little different. Usually I teach in high schools, and am not sure how to go about talking about such a complex and emotional topic with 7th graders. Many of these students also have behavioral and learning trouble. Any suggestions on how to talk about adoption to this demographic?
