Choosing a country

Asia and some parts of Africa are the only countries open to Adoption. Which is limiting, but the end result is well worth it.Interests in the CultureWhen I first started Adoption. I was a Single Caucasian Mom.I was specifically looking for a brown eyed child, but had interests in all Cultures.Asia China said no then due to Disabilities, but have adopted without difficulties since ' Special Needs Program ' opened up.When I first started the process was very fast paced in all Countries.There was a dynamic Guarantee . ' That you would be guaranteed a child or children . ' Instead of hope.I like or I prefer my Placement Agency to be in the same Time Zone. Preferably also a location I can walk into ' Physically. 'I know that I can be ' blunt ' with ya'll ??What are you ' stuck ' with in choosing a country please?
