Too Rough

My two year old is entirely too rough. He is what some would call "all boy." I'm ok with that, but I end up getting hurt on a regular basis because he is so rough. I am sure the behavior was learned from his older brother who has ADHD, but I need to figure out how to correct it. I've always had trouble correcting behavior that's not "bad." It's not right to discipline him for slinging his head around and busting my lip. He does need to learn though that he can't be so rough all the time. Any ideas?
