I'm searching for any birth family members. I was born on August 22, 1984 @ 4:59 am In Providence, RI to Anita Duarte age 23 at the time. There is no father listed on my original birth certificate and the only name I was given was Baby Boy- Duarte . My birth mothers address at the time of my birth is Chestnut St. Woonsocket, RI.
