ISO My Half Sister born in NJ

Hello, I'm looking for my paternal half sister. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get very far because I don't know her date of birth. She Could of been born in 1969 or even 1970. I don't think it was 71 but that's a possibility too. United Family & Children's Society in Plainfeld, NJ. Case Worker: Jeanne Polasky. Possible Hospital Born in: Perth Amboy Hospital ( Raritan Bay Medical Center) Was told that my Sister may have been adopted within 20 miles of Plainfield and almost immediately.
