ISO April 1980 Female Infant Hawaii

I am looking for my sister. DOB April 1980. Birth Parents: Caucasian. Father was in the army. I know my sister was only a few days old when she was taken from the hospital to be adopted. I know my parents lived on Oahu(pretty sure) and he was in the military at that time. I don't have a lot of information so I'm hoping this would be enough to maybe find her. I know the adoption was closed, but the child was supposed to be able to have access to the records when she turned 18 per the birth mother's request.
