In search of birth parents in New Orleans, LA. Handled by an agency that was on Tulane Ave prior to Katrina, Birth at Charity Hospital in New Orleans Adoptive parents are deceased. In search of birth parents concerning current medical problems. I was told that my birth name was Stephen and the last name was possibly Starnes. I was told that my mother a musician in the French Quarter. I am told that my DOB is 05/29/1959, and the birth cert that i have seen was dated 1962. No certificate number. My main concern is medical problems as well as a possible meet of a family member. I am looking for contact information (any- mail, email or phone).
