Looking for birth parents of male born 1-14-1980

I’m looking for the birth parents on behalf of my boyfriend. He was born 1-14-1980 in Flagstaff, AZ. The only thing he knows about his birth mother is that she was very young (13-17 y/o) and he was adopted from Catholic Charities.
