PHILIPPINES 1984

I was born in 1984 and born in the Philippines. My biological Mother gave me up to adoption and all I know is that she was 15-17yrs old when she gave birth to me. My Father that adopted me was stationed at Clark Air Force base at the time. I'm trying to search for my biological family as well.
