An adult looking to be "adopted"

Hello. I am an adult female looking for new parents. Reason is, my parents are emotionally abusive. I have a mental disability and need someone to take care of me. I'm 31 so if there's anybody older who feels like they "missed the boat" regarding having children and would like to adopt an adult, do contact me. I live in Europe.
